3 – Meeting – on site or Zoom

Possibility to clarify last questions and possibly to visit the house.

4 – Signing of the contract (RENTER)

Signing of the house rules and the contract from your side.

5 – Signing of the contract (LESSOR)

After that, only the deposit has to be transferred. The room will then be reserved.
